The Nutrition Plan is a habit based program designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach towards nutrition and wellness, delivered with a simple step-by-step plan to create sustainable change without the stress of “dieting”.
This course continues to build on the foundations from Phase 1. Additionally, during – Phase 2 – you will begin to take a closer look at individual macro-nutrients and there roles in your body. Each week, four daily lessons and practice tasks, are assigned. It is a step-by-step approach encouraging new habit development to create a sustainable nutritional lifestyle.
