A “representative” is a version of you that is sent out into the world in your place. It’s a blander, less authentic person who stands in for you when it doesn’t feel safe to expose the real you.
Being able to identify what you are grateful for by focusing your attention on the positive things and areas of your life when life is good. It allows you the ability to create the same synaptic connections when everything seems to be down in your life.
When it comes to change, most people look towards labeling areas of their life as bad. They, then, “solve the problem” by trying to get rid of it. Change is only possible when you are willing to look hard and deep at what is truly asking for your work.
